Geotec Group crosses the Alps with the acquisition of the Italian CSI

In January 2022, Groupe Géotec finalized the acquisition of CSI, an Italian geotechnical company specialized in deep and difficult-to-access drillings.

Partners for the past 15 years, the two companies have agreed to combine their destinies to support the future retirement of CSI's three founders and to keep the company's remarkable expertise within the Groupe Géotec ecosystem.
For the Group, this external growth allows to put a foot in Italy, with the ambition to make CSI progressively increase in
in the Group's other businesses.
